Qualification

  • Applicant should have a Post-Graduation/Master’s degree preferably in Management with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute and a consistently good academic record.
  • Minimum 10 years of overall experience, out of which minimum 5 years of relevant administrative experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the HR domain of a reputed Higher Education/Management Institution or an organization of repute.

Salary

  • Selected candidate will be offered a Regular appointment at the appropriate pay level as per the 7th Pay Commission and in accordance with the norms of the Institute with an initial probation period of 2 years. In addition to this, the perks & allowances will be paid as per Institute norms.
