Salary
- Chief Technology Officer: Market-linked compensation of Rs 5 lacs per month (with a fixed pay of Rs 3.75 lacs and variable pay of Rs 1.25 lacs). The variable pay to be linked to the performance rating.
- Chief Information Security Officer: Market-linked compensation of Rs 5 lacs per month (with a fixed pay of Rs 3.75 lacs and variable pay of Rs 1.25 lacs). The variable pay to be linked to the performance rating.
- Chief Risk Officer: Market-linked compensation of Rs. 5 lacs per month (with a fixed pay of Rs. 3.75 lacs and variable pay of Rs. 1.25 lacs). The variable pay is linked to the performance rating.
- Head: Learning and Development: Rs. 3.5 lakh per month (consolidated)
- Administrator: Learning and Development: Rs. 2.5 lakh per month (consolidated)
