NIT Karnataka Recruitment 2025 Age Limit

  • Maximum Age limit: 35 Years
  • Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Qualification

  • Junior Research Fellow: M.E./ M.Tech.. with First class in ECE/CSE/IT/ or Equivalent with minimum 60% or 6.5 CGPA from a recognized university / institute.
  • Research Associate: M.E./M.Tech. with First Class in ECE/CSE/IT or equivalent, with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA from a recognized university/institute, and a Ph.D. in ECE/CSE/IT

Salary

  • Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 37,000 per month (For first two years) - Rs. 42,000 per month (For third year)
  • Research Associate: Rs. 58,000 per month (For first two years) - Rs. 61,000 per month (For third year)
