- - Two external examiners
- - Open viva voce
- - Two research papers (one in refereed journal)
- - As per UGC Regulations 2009/2016
- **Desirable:**
- - M.Phil. degree
- - Teaching experience
- - Research publications
- - Conference participation

🎯 Selection Process
- Selection through walk-in interview process:
- **Stage 1 - Document Verification:**
- Original documents verified including educational certificates, NET/SET/Ph.D., category certificate, experience certificates.
- **Stage 2 - Scrutiny of Credentials:**
- Selection committee scrutinizes qualifications, NET/SET scores, research and teaching experience.
- **Stage 3 - Personal Interview:**
