  • For Technical Roles (Video Editor / Cameraperson): Minimum educational qualification is 10+2 from a recognized Board. However, candidates must hold a professional Degree or Diploma in Videography, Cinematography, or Video Editing. Practical experience in operating professional broadcast cameras and non-linear editing (NLE) setups (like Adobe Premiere Pro or FCP) is strictly required.
  • Voice Quality & Screen Presence: Specifically for News Readers and Anchors, a telegenic face, excellent voice modulation, clear diction, and the ability to handle live breaking news situations calmly are crucial prerequisites.
