Important Guidelines

Terms of Engagement
Remuneration:
- As per University of Delhi/UGC norms for Guest Faculty
- Approximately Rs. 1,500-2,000 per lecture hour (subject to actual hours assigned)
- Payment is made monthly based on actual classes conducted
- Exact rate as determined by Delhi University guidelines
Nature of Appointment:
- Purely temporary and on lecture-by-lecture basis
- No employer-employee relationship
- Engagement for academic session 2025-26 only
- May be extended to subsequent semesters based on performance and requirement
- No claim for regularization or permanent appointment
Teaching Workload:
- Maximum teaching load as per UGC/University norms (typically 16 hours per week)
- Includes theory lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions
- Schedule to be determined by the department based on timetable
- May include weekend classes or evening sessions if required
