AIIMS Bhopal Senior Resident Recruitment 2026 का यह notification सामान्य rolling advertisement नहीं बल्कि special recruitment drive for backlog vacancy है. यही सबसे पहला point है जिसे वेबसाइट content में साफ दिखाना चाहिए, क्योंकि internet पर कई summary pages ने इसे गलत तरीके से 78 posts, regular SR drive या mixed current vacancy के रूप में लिखा है. Official advertisement AIIMS Bhopal/SR (Non-Acad.)/2026/02 दिनांक 14.03.2026 के अनुसार यह भर्ती backlog vacancies के लिए निकाली गई है और Annexure-IV में कुल 30 पदों का विभागवार breakup दिया गया है. इसलिए updated database entry में corrected title, accurate vacancy count और backlog wording शामिल रहनी चाहिए. यह change content quality के लिए जरूरी है, क्योंकि गलत vacancy number user trust और AdSense review दोनों को negatively affect करता है.

Transfusion Medicine & Blood Bank के अंतर्गत OBC की 1 seat Transplant Immunology and Immunogenetics unit के लिए earmarked बताई गई है. इसलिए नीचे vacancy table को केवल total number तक सीमित न रखकर विभागवार breakdown के साथ दिखाना बेहतर रहेगा.

Pay scale और tenure भी candidates के decision making में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं. Official advertisement के अनुसार Senior Resident post का वेतनमान ₹67,700 (Level-11, Cell No. 01 as per 7th CPC) plus usual allowances including NPA है.
