  7. Preview Application Form:
    • Click "Preview Application" button

      • Net Banking: Select bank → Click Pay → Redirected to bank login → Authorize payment
      • Debit/Credit Card: Enter card details (number, expiry, CVV, name) → Enter OTP → Confirm
      • UPI: Enter VPA/UPI ID → Approve in UPI app
    • Wait for payment processing (do not press back button or close window)
    • After successful payment, Transaction ID/Reference Number displayed
    • Note down Transaction ID immediately
    • Download and save payment receipt/e-receipt
    • If payment fails but amount debited, wait 48 hours for auto-refund
    • In case of technical issue, contact helpdesk with transaction details
  9. Final Submission:
    • After successful fee payment, you'll return to application portal
    • Payment status will show "Payment Successful"
    • Click "Final Submit" button
    • Confirmation pop-up will appear: "Are you sure you want to submit? No changes possible after submission"
    • Click "Yes" or "Confirm"
    • Application Number will be generated and displayed prominently
    • Note down Application Number immediately
    • Submission confirmation message displayed
